Who is responsible

UBIK FZ LLC is responsible for the personal data described in this notice. Its registered office is at FOAM1762, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this notice can be sent to contact@ubik.ae.

What the contact form collects

The contact form collects a name, an email address, a company or organisation if one is given, the service the enquiry concerns and a message. These details are used to reply to the enquiry.

The message is sent by email through Resend, a third-party email service, to contact@ubik.ae. The website itself does not store it. The message is kept as correspondence for as long as the enquiry and any resulting engagement require.

Applications

Applications sent by email to careers@ubik.ae are read by the principals and kept on file for future roles for two years from receipt, then deleted. An application is deleted earlier on request.

Cookies and analytics

The site sets no cookies for tracking and uses no analytics service.

Your rights

A person may ask what UBIK holds about them and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to contact@ubik.ae. UBIK FZ LLC is subject to the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
